Refund policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds are typically within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process your return upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to finalize the refund (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued more quickly. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your product. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS.
